Welcome to MD88. These Terms & Conditions (“T&C”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the “Player” or “User”) and MD88. By registering an account, accessing the website, or participating in any games or sportsbook events provided by MD88 Malaysia, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these T&C.
You must be at least 18 years of age, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, to open an account and gamble at MD88.
Each player is permitted to open only one (1) account. Duplicate accounts created under the same name, household, IP address, or bank account will be suspended, and any associated winnings will be voided.
During registration, you must provide accurate and current personal information, including your real name as it appears on your Malaysian banking documents.
MD88 reserves the right to request verification documents (such as MyKad, driver’s license, or bank statements) at any time to verify your identity, age, and source of funds. Failure to provide requested documents may result in account suspension or withholding of withdrawals.
All deposits must be made from a bank account or e-wallet registered in the exact same name as your MD88 account. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be rejected.
Withdrawal requests will be processed to the original payment method used for depositing whenever possible. MD88 aims to process all Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) withdrawals swiftly; however, processing times may vary based on bank clearance times.
To prevent money laundering, all deposited funds must be wagered at least one (1) time before a withdrawal can be initiated, regardless of whether a bonus was claimed.

MD88 reserves the right to amend these T&C at any time. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
